There’s a body of learning absorbed, qualifies a person
Experience is irrelevant
Experience is not the only barometer
Requires knowledge, maturity, leadership and some sense of how the world works
No certificate says you’re ready
Responsibilities and burdens unique beyond anyone’s ability to prepare
